How to use possessives in plural form

We've discussed the singular form of mio/mia, tuo/tua, et cetera. But there's also a plural form!

English Plural (m)
my i miei libri
your i tuoi libri
his/her/its i suoi libri
our i nostri libri
your (pl.) i vostri libri
their i loro libri

And of course, the feminine version:

English Plural (f)
my le mie case
your le tue case
his/her/its le sue case
our le nostre case
your (pl.) le vostre case
their le loro case

Again, take note that loro does not change!
